Who processes the data

This policy covers the personal data that visitors leave on antongoncharov.ru. The data controller is Anton Goncharov, a registered sole proprietor in Russia.

What data is collected

Through the request form: your name, a contact (Telegram, phone or email), a description of the task, and the selected service and budget.

Your IP address and browser details are saved automatically with the request — only to protect the form from spam.

If you click “Accept all” in the cookie banner, Yandex Metrica is enabled — a visit statistics service by Yandex LLC. It sets its own cookies and collects anonymized data: which pages were opened, where the visitor came from, the device and browser, and clicks on the contact buttons. Webvisor is turned on — an anonymized recording of actions on the page: scrolling, mouse movements and clicks. What you type in the request form is not recorded.

With “Necessary only”, analytics is not enabled: the browser only stores the selected color theme and your choice in the banner. There is no advertising on the site. You can change your choice via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.

Why

To reply to your request, discuss the task and prepare a proposal. There are no newsletters, and data is never shared for advertising.

Legal basis and consent

Data is processed with the visitor’s consent (clause 1, part 1, article 6 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”). Consent is given with the checkbox in the request form; the request cannot be sent without it.

How it is stored

Requests are stored in a database on the site’s server, accessible only to the data controller. A copy of each request is sent to the controller on Telegram.

Data is kept as long as it is needed to reply and work on the project, but no longer than three years from the request unless a contract is signed. Data is not shared with third parties, except where the law explicitly requires it.

Your rights

You can find out what data about you is stored, ask to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent — write to beck-ham@mail.ru. You will get a reply within 10 business days.
